BEGINNER / MASTER

Format: AMRAP
Sequence: 60 seconds Work , 60 seconds Rest

  • Pull a set of tyres across a distance from a stationary position.
    - One rep is counted when the tyres have been pulled past the marked lines.
    - Athlete may not step out of their marked boxes while pulling the tyres.

  • Push a tyre across a distance.
    - One rep is counted for successful push past marked lines.
    - Flipping, tilting, rolling or carrying the tyre is not allowed.

  • Hang from a pull-up bar.
    - Time spent off the bar will be offset from total time.
    - Hanging may only be done with hands.
    - Hanging with one hand is allowed.

  • From a plank position, alternatingly tap one shoulder with the opposite hand.
    - One rep is counted for each tap on the shoulder while maintaining the plank position.
    - Bending knees and/or hip = No Rep.

  • Carry a weight around a circuit.
    - One rep is counted for every successful circuit completed carrying the weight.
    - Weight may be put down at any point along the circuit.
    - Weight is not allowed to be tossed, thrown or rolled across any distance.

  • With hands on the floor, execute a push-up followed by tucking in both legs into a crouch position.
    - One rep is counted with every complete motion of chest touching a foam block and both legs tucked in.
    - Chest not touching the foam = No Rep.
    - Tucking in one leg after the other = No Rep.

  • Climb up a 1.5m vertical ladder and climb down the other side.
    - One rep is counted by each successful climb and descent down the other side.
    - Using non-designated / support structures = No Rep.

 

INTERMEDIATE

Format: AMRAP
Sequence: 90 seconds Work, 90 seconds Rest

  • - Traverse across a set of rings.
    - One rep is counted for every successful traverse from end to end.
    - No weight may be applied on the ground between the two white lines.

  • Pull a concrete block across a distance.
    - One rep is counted for every completed pull across the distance.
    - The block may not be flipped, pushed or rolled.

  • Pick up a hammer, run a circuit, over a hurdle and strike the target with the hammer from the firing point.
    - One rep is counted when the circuit is completed and any part of the hammer strikes the target.
    - The hammer can only be thrown once at the end of every circuit.
    - The hammer must be with the person throughout the circuit.
    - Running the circuit without the hammer invalidates the circuit.
    - Failure to climb over the hurdles invalidates the circuit.

  • Traverse across a designated set of 6 bars.
    - One rep is counted for a successful traverse from end to end.
    - Weight must be applied on the first bar by at least one hand.
    - Weight must be applied on the last bar by both hands.

  • Traverse under the Low Rig from end to end.
    - One rep is counted when the traverse is completed and both feet has landed past the white line.
    - No part of the person may apply weight onto the ground between the two white lines.
    - Traversing over the rig is not allowed.

  • Roll a bar until the weight tied to it reaches to the top and lower it back down.
    - One rep is counted for each time the weight reaches top AND is lowered down without slamming the ground.
    - Failure to reach top = No Rep.
    - Allowing the weight to slam to ground = No Rep.

 

ADVANCE

Format: AMRAP
Sequence: 120 seconds Work , 90 seconds Rest

  • Pick up a hammer, run a circuit, over a hurdle and strike the target with the hammer from the firing point.
    - One rep is counted when the circuit is completed and any part of the hammer strikes the target.
    - The hammer can only be thrown once at the end of every circuit.
    - The hammer must be with the person throughout the circuit.
    - Running the circuit without the hammer invalidates the circuit.
    - Failure to climb over the hurdles invalidates the circuit.

  • Traverse under the Low Rig from end to end.
    - One rep is counted when the traverse is completed and both feet has landed past the white line.
    - No part of the person may apply weight onto the ground between the two white lines.
    - Traversing over the rig is not allowed.

  • Toss a weighted bag over a low wall and climb over the wall.
    - One rep is counted when the bag and the person has landed on the other side of the wall.
    - Using the frame to climb the wall invalidates the rep.

  • - Hang from a bar and from an outstretched form, hook the back of a heel on a bar.
    - One rep is counted when the heel hooks atop a bar and any part of leg touches the band.

  • - Push a 25kg tyre across a distance.
    - Tyres may not be lifted, tilted, flipped or rolled.
    - Each completed push from end to end counts as one rep.

  • - Traverse a set of implements from end to end.
    - One rep is counted for each completed traverse.
    - All implements must be used during the traverse.
